Here I will explain some of those problems blizzards cause. Blizzards can make businesses close and cancel school. Blizzards can also be dangerous for people outside and can give them frostbite. Frostbite is when the skin can freeze and you can loose things like fingers from it. Frostbite can happened to parts of your body that are exposed to the outside. If possible you should always try to keep your hands and head covered if it is cold outside.
